All three plans include a yearly OSHA/ANSI inspection, annual  filter replacement, and ten, six, or four PM services. Plan service is available at our shop or ONSITE at your location.

Fischer Crane's 12 Point Crane PM Service Includes:
  • Inspect boom wear pads
  • Inspect hose and tube condition
  • Inspect pins and pin bosses for excessive wear
  • Inspect for structural deficiencies
  • Inspect control levers for proper operation
  • Inspect hoses for tracking and alignment
  • Inspect condition of cylinder rods and seals
  • Inspect safety and warning decals for compliance
  • Inspect condition of hook and safety latch
  • Inspect PTO operation and indicator light
  • Inspect hose reel retract for leaks (if applicable)
  • Inspect condition of winch cable, hook, pin, and swivel (if applicable)
